How far does your money go?

  • £10 pays for a care package for a family – face soap, clothes washing soap, rice, maize, beans, cooking oil, milk, tea and sugar.
  • £20 pays for a child’s school uniform and shoes for a year.
  • £70 pays for Kenyan national medical care for one year for a whole family.
  • £450 installs rainwater harvesting system for a family.

EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT:

Secondary and further education is a proven route out of poverty for future generations in the community.

If you would like to sponsor one of our students, we won’t bombard you with generic information – we will however send you a short update photo/video of the sponsored child twice a year when we personally meet up with them and you will be able to see their school/college/university progress report at the end of the academic year.

To sponsor a primary school pupil is £120 per year.

To sponsor a secondary day school pupil is £250 per year.

What does my money cover?

  • Annual school fees

  • Lunch at school
To sponsor a student in a vocational training course is £500 per year.

  • College tuition fees
  • Exam fees and certification
  • Uniform where applicable
  • Lunch for the student
University sponsorship is £550 per year.
  • University fees
  • Exam fees
  • Accommodation costs
  • Books and materials.
